What you will do

• Provide technical support for façade and firestopping solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Translate customer requirements into practical Promat system solutions and technical recommendations aligned with product capabilities.
• Support projects across the technical case lifecycle, from design clarification and documentation through after-sales assistance.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and application guidance.
• Respond to technical enquiries from customers, architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Liaise with external testing houses, certification bodies, and industry partners where required.

Requirements

• Experience in façade engineering, technical applications, or a similar construction/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, fire protection, and relevant industry standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and provide practical technical solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Must be based in the UK and be able to travel to the Measham site.
