What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary design projects for mission-critical data centers from proposal through construction documentation.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, and BIM/VDC engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support contract administration, scope management, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or design projects, preferably in mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution and mechanical cooling.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA).
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel occasionally to project sites.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with Revit, Revizto, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• LEED AP certification.
