What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable R Shiny applications supporting clinical trial activities and large-scale data analysis.
• Create user-friendly tools for statistical review, data exploration, quality control, and reporting.
• Develop reusable programming utilities and frameworks using R, SAS, and Python to promote efficiency.
• Build applications for SDTM and ADaM review, dataset comparison, metadata review, and clinical data visualization.
• Ensure all developments align with GxP, Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and regulatory standards.
• Execute comprehensive application testing, including unit, integration, and regression tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of programming experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industries.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with R, RStudio, and R Shiny specifically for clinical data analysis.
• Experience integrating Shiny applications with cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3 or Azure Data Lake.
• Ability to scale Shiny applications for hundreds of users with a focus on performance optimization.
• Experience validating applications to meet FDA, EMA, and GxP guidelines.

Nice to have

• Active participation in the open-source community, especially in maintaining R packages and Shiny apps.
• Experience analyzing user behavior to enhance application usability and functionality.
