Senior Software Engineer (Vue/Python)

Location: Poznań, Poland; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Vue 3 front-end applications with shared components, state management, GraphQL, and REST integrations.
• Build and operate backend services, serverless functions, and reporting pipelines using Python and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Contribute to Rust services, AI agents, retrieval systems, and user-facing AI capabilities.
• Work with AWS services and infrastructure as code across production service-oriented and serverless architectures.
• Modernise CI/CD pipelines, including migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, and support legacy component decommissioning.
• Own technical designs, participate in code reviews, handle incidents, document decisions, and support delivery from refinement through production operation.

Requirements

• Several years of commercial software development experience building and operating production services.
• Strong experience with modern front-end applications and JavaScript; Vue 3 experience is preferred.
• Solid backend development experience with Python or Node.js/TypeScript, with willingness to work across both.
• Practical AWS experience, including service-oriented or serverless architectures, plus infrastructure as code with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, agile planning, code review, and production operations.
• Good written and spoken English and availability for onsite work in Poznań, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-backed features, agents, retrieval pipelines, or evaluations.
• Rust, GraphQL, Svelte, or SvelteKit experience.
• Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines or decommissioning legacy components.
• Observability and operations experience, including metrics, structured logging, alerting, and production debugging.
• Cybersecurity experience or experience building tools for security analysts and incident responders.
