What you will do

• Own a strategic product area focused on employee discovery and engagement from problem definition through execution.
• Reimagine core employee-facing experiences to help users better understand their benefits and discover relevant options.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for your area, making and owning tradeoffs based on user needs and business goals.
• Lead product discovery to translate employee and employer pain points into clear product direction.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
• Drive end-to-end execution and use data, feedback, and judgment to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with increasing ownership over time.
• Experience working at a startup or similarly fast-moving environment with high ambiguity.
• Ability to own a problem space end-to-end, from framing through delivery.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Proactive and clear communication skills, especially when navigating tradeoffs or uncertainty.
