Senior Staff Electrical Engineer (AI Hardware)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; on-site

Base salary: $210,000–$240,000+ annually. Additional compensation may include bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead system architecture and hardware design from concept through production release.
• Own system specifications, schematics, layout design, bring-up, debugging, validation, and system integration.
• Drive future technology development with internal and industry partners.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, test engineering, supply chain, ASIC, mechanical, signal integrity, power delivery, embedded, and diagnostic teams.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of board design engineering experience; exceptional candidates with other experience levels may be considered.
• Experience with system design, digital circuits, power delivery, voltage regulators, and high-speed signal integrity.
• System-level understanding and familiarity with production environments.
• Proficiency with laboratory and test scripting software such as Python.
• Experience with server hardware, AI accelerators, data centers, GPUs, CPUs, TPUs, or enterprise products.

Nice to have

• Expertise in enterprise and data center products.
• Experience delivering products end-to-end from concept and bring-up through development and launch.
• Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, thermal, signal integrity, and power integrity trade-offs.
