What you will do

• Administer HubSpot CRM: properties, workflows, pipelines, and user permissions; handle internal requests from Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships.
• Administer DealHub for quoting and CPQ workflows to ensure smooth quote-to-cash processes.
• Maintain and improve revenue systems and GTM tooling (including invoice database), ensuring reliable integrations and sync troubleshooting.
• Identify bottlenecks and manual steps in revenue workflows and build automated alternatives.
• Implement lead routing, scoring, lifecycle triggers, and CRM playbooks; document systems and keep documentation up to date.
• Own data integrity (deduplication, validation, enrichment, monitoring) and build dashboards, reports, and alerts for pipeline and system health.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in GTM operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience is essential.
• Comfortable with system configuration and workflow logic; strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across commercial and technical teams.
• Proficient spoken and written English for regular communication with global co-workers and partners.
