TL;DR

GTM Operations Manager (AI): Driving end-to-end go-to-market processes and scaling operational playbooks for an AI-native enterprise platform with an accent on financial analysis, sales territory optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building scalable systems, automating workflows using AI tools, and translating complex datasets into executive-ready strategic recommendations.

Location: On-site in London

Compensation: £135,000 – £185,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end GTM processes including pricing proposals, customer presentations, and financial analyses.
  • Analyze and optimize sales territories and processes to support a fast-growing team.
  • Build prospecting programs and marketing campaigns to drive net new demand.
  • Define and scale the playbook for launching and expanding AI agents at large enterprises.
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities to convert post-sale momentum into revenue growth.
  • Leverage AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to automate workflows and build internal systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, or business operations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • SQL experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience.
