Clinical Implementation Specialist (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based in Australia (SA) or Singapore, with Adelaide specified as an Australian location; occasional client and office travel required.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end implementation activities using the established implementation methodology.
• Configure systems and support deployment across clinical and operational domains.
• Lead or participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solution design, go-live, and activation support.
• Advise clinical and operational stakeholders on workflow design and optimization.
• Translate customer requirements into practical configurations and resolve implementation issues.
• Manage project tasks, risks, dependencies, timelines, quality, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment; 7–8 years is preferred.
• Clinical background such as nursing, pharmacy, allied health, or comparable generalist hospital experience.
• Experience across multiple hospital departments or clinical areas.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, professional presence, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to remain patient, structured, and solution-focused in complex environments and learn new systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic medical record systems.
• Exposure to healthcare IT implementations or clinical systems.
• Familiarity with Altera or similar healthcare platforms.
• Experience in workflow redesign or clinical transformation initiatives.
