Senior/Lead Business Consultant (Platform and Integration)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver integration solutions for hirify.global Dimension based on client requirements, using the Communication Server integration tool.
• Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Manila ADC Platform & Integration team.
• Gather, analyze, and document client technical requirements and solution workflows.
• Prepare test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform unit testing, document developed components, and present delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration implementation projects, ideally in FinTech.
• Experience configuring systems based on specific client requirements.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and standards such as IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, APIs, or comparable solutions.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases, plus XML/XSLT and data transformation standards.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
