Senior Consultant, Solution Consulting (Credit Analytics)

What you will do

• Drive credit solution consulting services for clients in the Philippine market.
• Research macroeconomic trends, lending-market dynamics, regulatory requirements, internal lender processes, and data capabilities.
• Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and data scientists to assess client needs and analyze relevant data.
• Design targeted credit use cases and develop insights and recommendations using credit behavior data, alternative data, and hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations that explain solution capabilities and expected return on investment, while capturing client feedback.
• Translate analytical insights and solution concepts into clear product development requirements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs, with proven storytelling, data interpretation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, programming experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with account managers, specialists, data scientists, and product teams.
• Ability to work in Makati City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• At least three years of experience in credit or analytics consulting.
• Experience with statistical tools or programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
