What you will do

• Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for Trading features across global markets.
• Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight and user behavior.
• Lead product launches and craft narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders.
• Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Business Development to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor performance and refine GTM approaches using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing within fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer tech.
• Proven track record of leading complex product launches with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability for complex technical concepts.
• Analytical approach to interpreting data for marketing and product strategy.
• Deep curiosity or direct experience in Web3, DeFi, and onchain user behavior.
• Must be based in the US, EMEA, or LATAM regions.

Nice to have

• Experience leading GTM for perps trading and prediction market products.
• Experience leading GTM strategies for Asian audiences.
