What you will do

• Support the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and UX as part of a Product Trio to discover and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand operational workflows and pain points.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with leadership.
• Track and analyze product metrics and usage patterns to guide future improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working with software products and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Plano, Texas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with IoT, telematics, or location-based products.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, AI-assisted workflows, or generative AI tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Mobile product experience across iOS or Android.
