What you will do

• Design accelerator boards and system hardware, owning schematic capture and guiding PCB layout for high-speed digital interfaces and clocking.
• Develop robust power delivery networks (PDNs) for high-performance accelerator silicon.
• Perform lab bring-up, electrical characterization, and debugging using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
• Drive component selection and board-level DFM/DFT in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate with silicon, packaging, firmware, and thermal teams to resolve system-level electrical issues.
• Implement AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate hardware design and validation.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in complex board- or system-level hardware.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design using Altium, Cadence Allegro, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed digital systems (DDR/LPDDR, PCIe, SerDes).
• Deep expertise in board bring-up and electrical validation in a laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

Nice to have

• Experience with high-current PDNs for GPUs or AI accelerators.
• Server or hyperscale platform design experience.
• FPGA-based hardware development or low-level firmware bring-up.
• Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS or SIwave.
