What you will do

• Translate business problems into technical designs and deliver clean, idiomatic Go implementations.
• Design and evolve a highly scalable Go API architecture together with colleagues.
• Apply modern agile methodologies and extreme programming practices such as TDD and pair programming.
• Work pragmatically with the right tools, leveraging Go efficiency without dogmatism.
• Handle complex low-latency backend tasks from design through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Go experience writing idiomatic Go code and using Go concurrency primitives.
• Strong hands-on experience with MySQL (optimization, indexing) and Redis (caching, data structures).
• Solid understanding of engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed software design.
• Experience with GenAI or similar technologies to support modern product features.
• Proven background with Symfony or Laravel (best practices for scalable applications).
• Fluent English communication skills.
