What you will do

• Define and develop business-unit metrics and dashboards to quantify business health, optimizing internal tracking systems.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to deliver strategic insights on customer willingness-to-pay, feature trade-offs, and plan structures.
• Build financial models and projections with well-founded assumptions to track progress and evaluate investment ROI.
• Conduct user interviews and field surveys to understand customer behavior and preferences.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, incorporating feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in New York, United States
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, business intelligence, or market research.
• Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical tools; experience with survey design and brand testing is a plus.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance data analysis and judgment to validate outputs.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and handle challenges.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to quickly learn new industries and challenges.
