Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere within Germany, with access to office spaces in Munich and flexible in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Own product solutions across discovery, scoping, delivery, adoption, and sunsetting.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, prototyping, testing, and opportunity qualification.
• Prioritise backlogs and shape product initiatives and roadmaps with Product Leads and other Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Sustainability Experts, Product Designers, Engineering, and other stakeholders on requirements, trade-offs, quality, and delivery readiness.
• Drive product adoption and create content that helps internal teams and customers understand and use the solutions.
• Track outcomes after launch and continuously improve products based on measurable impact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Management experience, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
• Proven B2B SaaS experience with ownership across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong customer empathy, discovery, prioritisation, prototyping, testing, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Practical AI fluency, including regular use of AI for research, drafting, analysis, and product development.
• Experience with Engineering collaboration, technical trade-offs, systems, data, product quality, and tools such as GitHub, Cursor, Figma, Lovable, and shared context repositories.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work remotely from Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance.
• German language skills.
• Experience defining agentic products, governance fact sheets, and product quality evaluations.
