Senior Product Manager (AI/Fintech)

hirify.global is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, combining administrative workflows, billing, payments, data, integrations, and AI agents.

What you will do

• Own a product domain end to end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and commercial impact.
• Run mixed-method discovery, identify high-value problems, size opportunities, and build prioritisation cases.
• Drive prioritisation and delivery with engineering and design, managing trade-offs, milestones, and scope.
• Maintain an end-to-end model of the product domain and partner credibly with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Build alignment across functions and with leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience working in data-heavy environments, including data products, pipelines, and instrumentation.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Data-driven approach to prioritisation, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Professional fluency in German at C1+ level and English is required.
• Strong communication, ownership, agency, and comfort working in a high-velocity environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building and shipping AI products, including evaluation, feedback loops, agent design, and tool design.
• Experience with financial or payment products and related regulatory and risk questions.
• Experience owning external partner and provider interfaces, APIs, integrations, and third-party relationships.
• Experience building B2B SaaS in regulated or less-digital verticals, especially healthcare.
