Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Almaty, Berlin, Limassol, or Serbia. Hybrid work is available from the Limassol and Berlin offices, with fully remote work outside office locations. Relocation support to Cyprus, including visa assistance, is available.

Salary: €85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Set the product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and priorities for an owned product area.
• Take products and features from problem discovery through 0-to-1 delivery, launch, iteration, and growth.
• Research user problems through interviews, usability tests, experiments, product analytics, and data analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business owners to evaluate architecture, write technical specifications, and ship continuously.
• Identify opportunities for LLMs, agents, and automation, then build and launch solutions that create measurable product value.
• Prototype hands-on using AI tools, scripts, no-code tools, queries, data pipelines, and code where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement.
• Track record of taking products from 0 to live use with real users.
• Daily use of LLMs, vibe coding, and agents, with experience applying LLMs or agentic AI to real products.
• Strong Python or similar programming skills, plus practical experience with SQL, Git, databases, and system architecture.
• Strong product analytics, user research, UX, experimentation, and agile collaboration skills.
• Clear communication in English is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in fintech or another regulated industry.
• Early-stage startup experience.
• Hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering experience.
• Background in software engineering, QA, or product analytics.
