What you will do
- Collaborate with UI/UX, software engineering, and product delivery teams to bring products to market.
- Track ESG legislation and other legal requirements, incorporating regulatory needs into product roadmaps.
- Act as the internal product expert on ESG regulations and adapt product strategies to regulatory developments.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Balance business, design, and technology requirements to create intuitive and impactful products.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS product management across product discovery and delivery.
- Experience working closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
- Strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation.
- Fluent English at C1 level for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholder needs across business, design, and technology.
Nice to have
- Prior knowledge of ESG laws.
- German language skills.
