Associate Product Manager (US Cards)

Location: London, UK; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional visits to the Arlington, Virginia office are required.

What you will do

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle, including payment reminders, autopay adoption, and engagement.
• Work with credit risk and data science teams to apply models to new use cases.
• Test product ideas quickly through manual processes, emails, scripts, and AI-assisted prototypes.
• Conduct customer research and gather unbiased feedback.
• Build AI-powered tools and automations for product, operations, and the wider business.
• Coordinate with developers, legal, compliance, and operations to launch changes.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in product, strategy, analytics, consulting, or operations, with exposure to product delivery.
• Ability to form hypotheses, ask detailed questions, and find fast ways to test ideas.
• Comfort working with data and writing SQL or Python to answer questions independently.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Willingness to work across product, credit risk, data science, growth, operations, legal, and compliance.
• Ability to work in the London hybrid setup and visit the Arlington, Virginia office when required.
