Product Manager (US Cards)

Location: London, UK; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday to Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional visits to the Arlington, Virginia office are required.

What you will do

• Run experiments across the credit card customer lifecycle, including payment reminders, autopay adoption, and engagement.
• Develop post-booking product areas covering payments, collections, credit limit increases, spending, and the mobile app.
• Work with credit risk and data science teams to apply models to new use cases and opportunities.
• Use customer research, manual processes, email, scripts, and prototypes to test ideas quickly before engineering investment.
• Build AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and automations for product and operations teams.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, legal, compliance, operations, growth, and credit risk to launch products.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in product, strategy, analytics, consulting, or operations, with experience working closely with product or execution teams.
• Strong curiosity and ability to form hypotheses, investigate problems, and identify fast ways to test ideas.
• Comfort working with data and writing SQL or Python to answer questions independently.
• Current experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Willingness to work in a lean environment with loosely defined problems and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work in the London hybrid arrangement and visit the Arlington, Virginia office.

Hiring process

• 30-minute remote introductory call with the hiring manager.
• Remote take-home product exercise followed by a video debrief with two product team members.
• Final interview in the London office with senior product, engineering, and US Cards leaders.
