What you will do

• Architect and evolve asset/configuration management in ServiceNow (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) to scale across all asset classes.
• Define enterprise asset tagging, metadata standards, and lifecycle governance (register, classify, decommission) across business units.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (AWS, Azure, GCP, FinOps tooling, security scanners, endpoint management) with reliable reconciliation.
• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle visibility for endpoints, data center hardware, cloud accounts/subscriptions, SaaS applications, and internal services.
• Lead cross-functional workflows and governance frameworks across Infrastructure, InfoSec, Finance, and Cloud Operations using influence.
• Drive automation (self-healing workflows, automated discovery), service mapping/dependency visibility, and executive reporting via KPIs and CMDB health observability.

Requirements

• Location eligibility: must be based in Poland
• 7+ years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management, including 3+ years in a lead or architect capacity.
• Proven ability to design and enforce enterprise-wide asset governance frameworks (tagging taxonomies, lifecycle policies, data quality standards).
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience: CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping; familiarity with CSDM and asset lifecycle management.
• Solid multi-cloud understanding (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how cloud-native resources/accounts/subscriptions are managed as assets.
• Experience designing integrations and automation for asset management platforms using APIs and automation tooling.
