What you will do

• Lead infrastructure and capacity delivery projects, including new region deployments and expansion.
• Coordinate end-to-end AI model onboarding and production delivery.
• Develop execution plans, identify risks, and resolve blockers before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, SRE, networking, and security teams.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and ensure accountability across cross-team projects.
• Optimize engineering delivery processes to increase predictability and maintain a sustainable pace.

Requirements

• Proven project management and delivery skills for ambiguous initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex dependency graphs and parallel workstreams.
• Strong risk management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
• Technical background to understand architecture and infrastructure trade-offs.
• English: Professional proficiency (written and verbal).
