What you will do

• Design intuitive user experiences for complex, API-driven and embedded product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product direction and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate complex technical requirements and data models into user-friendly interfaces.
• Build interactive prototypes as functional specifications for engineering implementation.
• Conduct rapid user research, usability testing, and product validation.
• Develop and expand reusable design system components and interaction patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B or API-driven software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of products involving complex user workflows.
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience with rapid user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Strong systems thinking with experience creating scalable design systems.
