What you will do

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products on mobile and web.
• Translate complex financial mechanics, such as margin trading and recurring investments, into low-friction user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to optimize KPIs and conversion rates.
• Contribute to a scalable design architecture to ensure consistency across all investment touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams to implement compliant and feasible features.

Requirements

• Strong background in Product/UX/UI Design with mandatory experience in complex fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience using behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics to drive design decisions.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving, highly regulated environments.
• High customer empathy and strong stakeholder management skills.
