Cost Optimization Manager

What you will do

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control.
• Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests.
• Improve partner-related processes, reporting tools, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared efficiency and cost-saving goals.

Requirements

• English: B2+ required
• Russian: C1+ required
• Chinese: B2+ required
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use.
• Strong skills in teamwork, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to find professional solutions across a wide range of situations.
