What you will do

• Monitor accounts and portfolios and perform daily reconciliations.
• Assist the trading team with asset management and track fund transfers across exchanges.
• Resolve trading data discrepancies and troubleshoot systemic issues.
• Manage creditor interactions, including loan principal and interest payments and auditing invoices.
• Produce scheduled financial reports and historical records as required.
• Transition manual operational processes into effective automated workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of middle office experience in financial services or trading.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
• Must be based in Central or South America to cover the US Timezone.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• Experience with digital currencies or crypto-assets.
