What you will do
- Conduct product risk and control assessments across various crypto products and ensure timely remedial actions.
- Maintain the FSRA Outsourcing Register and perform vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to FSRA, including periodic disclosures and RFI responses.
- Coordinate the remediation of regulatory findings through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Prepare for FSRA on-site inspections, including evidence gathering and walkthrough materials.
- Report regulatory remediation progress to the Board Risk & Compliance Committee and ADGM Committee.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong background in compliance, risk management, controls, or audit.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners.
- Proven project management and execution capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operational risk management, internal/external audit, or IT security.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in management consulting or project management.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
