Location: Remote (Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil)
Salary: Gross from 1200 EUR/month + commission

What you will do
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for top-tier customers to ensure their long-term success.
- Proactively develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase merchant revenue.
- Onboard new clients, assisting with contact migration, warmup processes, and initial campaign setup.
- Provide strategic advice and best practices on a regular cadence to help clients achieve business goals.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and establish measurable quarterly goals for customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback for platform improvements.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer success-related experience.
- Fluency in English language.
- Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (opens, clicks, conversions).
- Experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, or G-Suite.
- Proven track record of creative problem-solving and managing renewal or cancellation conversations.
