What you will do
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fraud and Digital Trust domains both internally and externally.
- Conduct research and analysis to document findings and drive product and research prioritizations.
- Monitor business indicators and KPIs for deployments to ensure and continuously improve performance.
- Support workshop activities, solution development, and implementation processes.
- Analyze data requirements to ensure solution designs are consistent and practical.
- Facilitate end-user training and system documentation for new implementations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Services (Fraud & Digital).
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
- Proven experience in risk analysis and customer-facing roles.
- Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10% of the time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services (Fraud & Digital).
- ACFE or ACAMS Certification (or similar).
- Experience with Python, R, or SQL.
