Protection & Resilience Consultant (ERM, PSM and TPRM)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise clients on corporate security, emergency and crisis management, and third-party risk management.
• Conduct gap analyses and regulatory mapping.
• Design and improve processes across multiple protection and resilience topics.
• Perform supplier assessments, DDQs, and TPRM control reviews.
• Coordinate with different internal teams and work independently across several topics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, emergency and crisis management, or TPRM.
• Experience with gap analysis, regulatory mapping, process design, supplier assessments, DDQs, and TPRM controls.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different internal teams.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality, data protection, and fit-and-proper checks.
