Senior Recruiter (AI & Data)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Strategy Consulting and Data & Analytics roles, with additional hiring across Digital Commerce and Technology.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent-market insights.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates from consulting and technology-focused organisations.
• Build talent pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives in the Spanish market, including job fairs and talent mapping.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and collaborate on global recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in consulting, professional services, or high-growth international environments.
• Experience hiring for Strategy Consulting and Data & Analytics roles, with willingness to recruit Digital Commerce and Technology profiles.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish talent market and experience recruiting mid-to-senior consulting professionals.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, presentation, reporting, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Spanish, Catalan, and English required, both spoken and written.
• Role based in Barcelona, Spain.
