What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing to the offer stage.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess professional experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and professional representation of opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with international clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the ATS.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent Russian and confident English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, and high-volume environment.
