What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery research and problem framing to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Conduct desk and user research to turn findings into actionable insights, process maps, and user journeys.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and analysts to shape product evolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder and user workshops to advocate for design principles and design thinking.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing Enterprise, B2B, or SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving from research to measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of business and product metrics and their influence on design.
• Experience testing and validating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making across complex projects.
