What you will do

• Process escalated client requests regarding deposits, withdrawals, and payment statuses.
• Monitor transaction status via administrative panels and communicate with payment providers.
• Perform manual crediting or rejection of transactions based on company regulations.
• Verify Proof of Payment (POP) and record all actions in internal systems.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate non-standard cases to senior colleagues.
• Monitor payment channel health and document failures.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of payment systems, including bank transfers and e-wallets.
• Proficiency with PC, CRM, administrative panels, and Google Sheets.
• English: Intermediate level (B1) required for correspondence and system messages.
• Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or a payment operations/support position.
• Deep knowledge of payment systems.
• Experience working with ticket systems such as Intercom.
