What you will do
- Communicate effectively with payment providers to resolve issues.
- Review system logs to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Execute basic SQL queries against databases to investigate transaction data.
- Participate in integration processes for new clients and channels.
- Test payment functionality to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in processing, banking, or the fintech payments industry.
- Ability to understand and work with client and provider APIs.
- Proficiency in reviewing logs and running basic database queries.
- English: B2 level required for written communication.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
