Location: Must be based in Cyprus (Remote/Hybrid options available within Cyprus).

What you will do
- Investigate and resolve merchant-reported issues regarding payment processing, failed transactions, and routing behavior.
- Analyze logs, system events, and database queries to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Validate processor responses, webhook behavior, and merchant configurations.
- Support merchant onboarding, go-live activities, and payment method configuration.
- Monitor approval rate anomalies and investigate processor-specific issues.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides and document recurring issues for process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Fintech, Payments, or PSPs.
- Proficiency in analyzing application logs and investigating technical issues.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman.
- Strong experience with SQL and database querying.
- Understanding of payment flows (Authorization/Capture, Refunds, Chargebacks, 3DS).
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, or Metabase.
- Prior experience with payment orchestration platforms.
