What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for rack solutions focused on hyperscale and OEM segments.
• Engage directly with customers to translate mechanical, thermal, and deployment requirements into product definitions.
• Build business cases for custom and semi-custom rack platforms to ensure scalability and profitability.
• Partner with global sales and engineering teams to position rack capabilities as strategic infrastructure enablers.
• Analyze market trends, including AI, high-density computing, and liquid cooling, to refine product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales in data center infrastructure.
• Direct experience with racks, enclosures, or integrated IT systems.
• Proven track record of working with hyperscale or OEM customers on complex programs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with custom rack design platforms.
• Familiarity with hyperscale sourcing models and supply agreements.
• Experience supporting AI, high-density, or liquid-cooled rack architectures.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
