What you will do

• Manage engineering improvement and development projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety, budget, and timelines.
• Lead the Doncaster site in adopting the Orbia CI Framework to standardize and improve processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance site performance, including safety, quality, and equipment efficiency.
• Maintain and manage site layout CAD drawings and act as the point of contact for CCTV systems.
• Develop business cases for capital investment projects.
• Build productive relationships with on-site stakeholders and key suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Doncaster, UK.
• Proven experience as a qualified engineer, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge in injection moulding, extrusion, and automated assembly systems.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on safety and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software for site layout management.
