Management Accountant

What you will do

• Complete month-end accounting processes within required deadlines.
• Maintain global property databases and process monthly costs for the property portfolio.
• Analyse prepayments and accruals against budgets and identify potential errors.
• Prepare monthly reports in line with accounting standards.
• Support ad hoc project analysis, reporting, and multiple departments across the business.
• Work with external consultants on system implementations and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance role involving balance sheet reconciliations.
• Part-qualified professional accounting qualification.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including confidence with formulas.
• Strong organisation, determination, hard work, and willingness to learn.
