Finance Assistant Controller (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fintech scale-up providing a Securities Lending as a Service solution that enables brokers, banks, asset managers, and custodians to generate revenue from lending stocks, bonds, and ETFs.

What you will do

• Manage the monthly closing process, including working papers, accruals, and analytical procedures.
• Own cash management for the Israeli entity, including bank accounts, payments, cash positioning, and weekly cash-flow reporting.
• Prepare tax and statutory reports for the Israeli subsidiary and support annual audits with working papers.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations, transfer-pricing calculations, budgeting, forecasting, and Group consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee bookkeeping accuracy, vendor payment cycles, financial policy compliance, and contract reviews.
• Provide financial analysis and contribute to ad hoc projects while collaborating with the Finance team.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant qualification from a Big4 firm.
• At least two years of post-internship experience in a private or public company, or experience as a Senior at a Big4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced Excel and Office skills, ERP systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• High-tech industry experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and BI reporting tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
