What you will do

• Manage clients' post-trade execution needs, including complex transaction requests and settlements.
• Provide operational risk management and oversight for Futures sales and trading businesses.
• Develop workflows, systems, and controls to ensure the integrity of the firm's books and records from trade capture to settlement.
• Drive change management processes with technology teams to assess downstream implications and streamline flows.
• Implement procedural changes to improve control infrastructure around firm reference data.
• Engineer solutions to enhance the operations client experience in a risk-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year (Analyst) or 3 years (Associate) of experience in Listed derivatives (Futures & Options) trade support, middle office, or cash processing.
• Deep industry and market knowledge of Futures and Options.
• Experience in managing suspense accounts to ensure correct trade allocation on T+0.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong focus on risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor platforms such as GMI or Traiana.
