What you will do

• Process security transfer instructions for equities, fixed income, funds, and derivatives for Singapore and Hong Kong booking centers.
• Open custody accounts and maintain static data within the core banking system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external custodians, agents, and counterparties to meet organizational standards.
• Input transfer instructions and perform all required pre-trade validation checks.
• Manage counterparty SSI and clear SWIFT exception queues on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely payment of stamp duties, taxes, and fees associated with security transfers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking.
• Strong knowledge of security products including equities, fixed income, funds, and derivatives.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience specifically in Security Transfer.
• Practical knowledge of SWIFT (MT5xx).
