What you will do

• Manage daily operations, workload, and performance of Community Managers for an assigned portfolio of games.
• Coach the team by assessing development needs, providing feedback, and creating training plans.
• Establish and maintain best practices for content production, quality standards, and team KPIs.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers to integrate global processes and leadership directives.
• Manage staffing allocations and resources to support business objectives.
• Build relationships with partner teams in Social, Player Support, and PR to enhance the player experience.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience in community management or a similar role.
• Proficiency with social media channels, YouTube, and live streaming.
• Must be based in or able to work from Newcastle upon Tyne, Copenhagen, or Montreal.
