What you will do

• Collaborate on and execute the community strategic plan to drive player engagement.
• Create player-facing resources and engaging digital content across various channels.
• Manage and moderate online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and social media.
• Develop programs to identify and leverage key influencers to evangelize the brand.
• Monitor community sentiment and communicate actionable feedback to internal cross-functional partners.
• Devise contests, events, and initiatives to encourage user-generated content and player loyalty.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, or Customer Experience.
• Proven experience managing and moderating online communities in digital environments.
• Proficiency with community tools including Discord, Reddit, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Strong knowledge of trends on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Twitch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.

• Experience within the video game, entertainment, or digital media industry.
• Knowledge of live-service games and community lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting influencer, creator, or ambassador programs.
