What you will do

• Engage daily with players on Discord and other platforms to foster an inclusive environment.
• Identify recurring community questions, trends, and emerging discussions.
• Create short-form social content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X.
• Collaborate with the Community Content Manager to plan and publish communications.
• Monitor player sentiment and summarize actionable insights for the development teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Production, and Player Experience teams to support a modern live game.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Based in Montreal and able to work in the studio environment.
• Active participation in online communities like Discord, Reddit, and Twitch.
• Familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Strong written communication skills and a talent for creative storytelling.
• Passion for multiplayer games and a proactive, curious mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in streaming or content creation.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Familiarity with multiplayer or live service games.
