What you will do

• Plan and implement short-term and long-term project delivery within budget and on time.
• Manage customer expectations and stakeholder engagement to ensure high CSAT.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate requirements to team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Coordinate with domain and technical leads to schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Create and improve best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements

• Graduate and Post Graduate degree with an MBA.
• Good knowledge of MLR Process and Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Experience in Power BI or other analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to operate with minimal management oversight as a self-starter.
• Willingness to work in a Global Working Model.
