Salary: $76,000–$95,000/year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of market research projects from win to invoicing.
• Lead client communication, including daily updates and answering standard inquiries.
• Coordinate project fielding using both internal and external samples.
• Perform rigorous quality checks and manage project redirects.
• Schedule and recruit for follow-up client calls.
• Ensure project efficiency and timeline adherence across multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Denver or Boston.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within market research.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
