Location: Remote (U.S. only) or hybrid from hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle

Salary: $153K – $235K + Equity

What you will do

• Design payment and value experiences across checkout, payouts, wallet, refunds, and gift cards for web and mobile.
• Translate payment infrastructure, compliance, tax, and financial integrity requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Design both happy paths and recovery flows for failed payments, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished product experiences for high-stakes money movement problems.
• Unify fragmented payment experiences across live shows, tips, and other purchase surfaces.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to improve conversion and reduce payment friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Protopie, or Framer.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking to untangle complex flows and design for edge cases.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Proven experience designing zero-to-one products or new platforms in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the U.S. for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or supply chain management.
